Green Skin® thicknesses are available from 12 to 33 my according to the weight of the homogeneous or inhomogeneous loads. The reinforcement solutions applied to the Green Skin® nets allow you to use, with the same weight and nature of the load, 25% lower thicknesses compared to those of most macro-perforated films on the market. Their toughness allows to obtain the stability of the pallet with less windings and with the greater number of open holes to obtain the optimization of transpiration. The pre-stretches of the 15 my Green Skin net exceed 210%, while for thicknesses greater than 27 my there are values above 300%. All the films described can be supplied with DIFFERENT ELONGATION COEFFICIENTS to better adapt them to the characteristics of the wrapping systems in use, while maintaining unmatched the incomparable mechanical characteristics.
The Akro Brain stretch netting film machine use is suitable for any type of wrapping machine: equipped with motorized pre-stretch (including rotary ring wrappers with high start-up speed), or equipped with mechanical brake and self-propelled robots. In a wrapping test with the Green Skin net, without interrupting a palletizing process already in progress, it is absolutely not necessary to change the braking or pre-stretch parameters, as the test sample will have already been chosen based on to the parameters of the machine and of the film in use. The only suggested verification, given the high toughness of Green Skin, will be to check the stability of the pallet when one third of the programmed wrapping turns are missing. Moreover, the best transpiration occurs when fewer overlapping bandages are made to leave the greatest number of ventilation holes free. This is undoubtedly the important property of the Green Skin net. Last but not least its property, not always considered by the user, to maintain the elastic memory of the film for periods of long storage of the pallets.
For products that leave the production lines, hot, humid, frozen or for subsequent fireproofing or sterilization and kept in optimal conditions up to the delivery destination. The immediate palletization with breathable extensible netting avoids both the formation of mold and bacteria and the damage to the packaging plateaus and bar codes and avoids the storage and occupation of spaces for a drying period before shipment.
